Dr. Wiener, just how common is it for women to bring in celebrity photos they want to emulate?

We see it quite often, about one out of every three patients who come to my practice.

Is it good or bad to do this?

Both.  On the one hand, it's helpful for the surgical team to have a strong idea of what the patient desires. On the other hand, a picture of a celebrity can set unrealistic expectations for the patient.

What facial features of celebs do women want most?

Women often request fuller lips, similar to Angelina Jolie.
