H&M has announced that its new beauty collection will launch this fall - when more than 700 products will arrive in more than 900 H&M stores. The launch will include cosmetics, haircare, body care and beauty tools, and will replace the existing beauty products at H&M stores. Plus, two subsidiary collections will launch simultaneously - a premium beauty line and a Conscious assortment of Ecocert-approved sustainable products.

"We are very excited to offer 'fashion for the face' at H&M. It's an opportunity to be inventive and creative, and to have fun with colors," says Sara Wallander, concept designer at H&M Beauty.

The new cosmetics collection will feature makeup colors inspired by H&M's roots in fashion - and quick response to trends. Seasonal, limited edition colors will launch frequently. The range will replace existing beauty products at H&M.

The Packaging

And the packaging? It looks luxe - with a minimalist, fashionable aesthetic. It features lots of white and gold. There are round, disc-shaped compacts, plus square as well as one that's a hexagon, with six sides. The outer cartons feature black and white, editorial-style images with gold hot stamped product names.
