Hello Kitty Launches A Lip Gloss Cube

Hello Kitty has a new partner, and an innovative package for its new launch - The Mentholatum Company's Soflips Cube 5 in 1 Lip Care. It's set to hit retailers in July. It's also a limited edition product - and the cute package is sure to become a collectible among Hello Kitty fans.
The sleek, colorful plastic cube has a clarity that resembles glass. It's available in three unique flavors, inspired by "some of Hello Kitty's favorite things," the brand says. The flavors are "Smart" apple; "Pretty" passion fruit; and "Cute" strawberry banana. The product contains SPF 15, and is formulated to give the lips a subtle sheen.
"The limited edition collection pairs Hello Kitty with Softlips' unique cube design and premium lip balm to provide a unique product that fans will enjoy," said Jill Koch, Sr. Vice President of Brand Management and Marketing of Sanrio, Inc., Hello Kitty's parent company.
The individual Softlips Cube Hello Kitty balms will retail for $3.49 each and the four piece gift set for $12.99, at retailers nationwide.
