Kardashian Sisters in Fierce Battle Over Beauty Line

Several publications, including WWD, are reporting the news that the Kardashian Beauty cosmetics line is back - with new packaging. Three of the famous sisters are featured on the brand's website - Kim, Kourtney and Kloe - but they have nothing to do with the relaunch of the brand, apparently.

Haven Beauty, owned by Hillair Capital Management, markets Kardashian Beauty. The famous sisters originally partnered with Boldface Cosmetics - but thatended in this drama when Boldface was purchased by Hillair.

A rep for the Kardashians told TMZ: "Over the weekend, new cosmetic products were announced on the Kardashian Beauty cosmetic social media pages with pictures and statements from Kourtney, Kim and Khloe. The three Kardashian sisters are not in business with this cosmetic company."

They go on to explain that the Kardashians are upset about the company misleading fans, adding, "This outrageous conduct is a legal matter and will be dealt with accordingly."

Still, the gold and black packaging lives up to the collection's name, Fierce. It includes the No Apologies Face Kit, No Apologies Koncealer, No Apologies Liquid Foundation, Lip Slayer Lipstick and Kontour Kase.

Meanwhile the other famous sibling, Kylie Jenner, is busy building her own beauty empire - but her infamous Kylie Lip Kit has been plagued with a slew of packaging problems.
